We use a gravity casting technology for complex casts that are used in various branches of industry (air-filter and water pump housings; parts for the electrical and food industry; roller shade parts, etc.).
The cast is tested for permeability at a pressure of 26 bars. We use the Croning procedure for constructing the sand core. We mostly conduct casting using alloys K.AlSi10Mg i K.AlSi12 (we verify the chemical composition, gas content and structure), and we can make casting with other types of Al alloys. The foundry equipment (hydraulic casting devices, gas and electric resistance furnaces, etc.) provides a casting finish up to a square metre and weighing up to 50 kg. We export the machine finished castings to the USA, Ireland, Germany and Denmark.
