Packaging radiators
Each radiator is packed and designated in the same manner. The end sides of the radiators are protected using cartons covers for the purpose of transport and handling in commercial trading premises or on construction sites. The whole external radiator surface is additionally protected by heat-shrinking PE folio. The purpose of the folio is to retain the carton covers in the packaging and protect the radiator surface during warehousing and installation.
When carrying out installation, we advise that you don't remove the protective folio. Thanks to the holes on the side ends of the carton covers, each radiator section can be installed on premises without removing the protective packaging. This provides protection for the radiator up to the moment of placing the central heating system into operation.
All packaging contains a sticker containing information that uniquely designates the particular radiator section. All the information that defines the radiator sections is written textually and in barcode format.
The radiators are placed on standardised wooden pallets, with each pallet additionally strengthened using PE powerstretch folio. On each pallet there is also a sticker that uniquely identifies the particular pallet and its contents.
All materials used in the radiator packaging process can be recycled according to which special care is taken.
