Quality
Lipovica radiators, on account of using supreme quality materials in the manufacturing process, are products that possess an exceptional resistance and unlimited lifetime. The product utilises a pressure casting technology incorporating aluminium alloy that possesses excellent mechanical and anti-corrosion properties.
The radiator's excellent anti-corrosive properties are further improved by a double colouring process. Firstly, the radiator is coloured in an anaphoretic process by applying a primer coating, and in the final phase the radiator is protected using an electrostatic application of a powder epoxypolyester colour or pigment.
By continually monitoring the quality of production materials, the quality of work in phases of production and final testing of the finished product, a radiator acquires a high uniform quality and reliability. This is confirmed by the certificates gained from accredited international institutions.
CE certifikat
Lipovica d.o.o. has received this designation for its radiators on the basis of audits undertaken by an independent and authorised European certification institution. The institution has, on the basis of testing carried out on random samples of our radiators taken from the manufacturing plant and the commercial sales network, determined that the Lipovica radiator is a product manufactured, tested and marketed on the market in compliance with EN 442. This EN 442 is an European norm that defines, amongst other things, which characteristics the die cast aluminium radiator should possess in order to be sold on the EU market.
This designation guarantees the end user or design engineer authenticity of all information presented in Lipovica catalogues and publications. This primarily implies the exactness of thermal efficiency declarations for Lipovica radiators, which allows its optimal use and the avoidance of unnecessary costs. Furthermore, the designation provides the radiator user with a guarantee that the Lipovica radiator was manufactured from materials that are completely non-hazardous and harmless for human health under normal radiator operating conditions. Up to 99% of the Lipovica radiators, including the packaging, may be recycled.
Croatian quality
The Croatian Chamber of Economy visually designates quality Croatian products and services with the aim of placing a visual code on the Croatian and world market – a visual code designated for supreme Croatian products and services. This assists Croatian companies in branding their products and services on the market.
The 'Croatian Quality' sign is carried by Croatian products which according to their characteristics (composition, design, ergonomic criteria, ecological criteria, etc.) meet high world standards. Designating products with such signs helps buyers in recognising products that possess an above-average quality. The assessment system includes an impartial professional evaluation of the project, design, economic and marketing parameters and the quality assurance system applied to the product.
The SOLAR radiator product has received outstanding recognition by the Croatian Chamber of Economy with the 'Croatian Quality' sign.
GOST R
GOST R is a certification system applied since 1993 in the Russian Federation for the following groups of products:
• mass consumption goods
• electronic and mechanical products
• industrial equipment for the food, chemical, petroleum and other industries.
Lipovica has had this designation since May 28, 2007.
