ISO is the International Organisation for Standardisation. The ISO 9001:2008 certificate is an international standard providing evidence that a quality management system complies with the requirements in regards to standards and legal regulations.
The certificate provides clients and companies with evidence of the implementation of internal processes that comply with ISO standards and norms.

The basic goal is:

• improving existing work organisation
• increasing quality of products and/or services
• increasing customer satisfaction
• the establishment of work efficiency with continual improvements
• the establishment of a clear system of responsibility (who, what, when, etc.)
• the establishment of a preventative system (what if)
• to better document the manner of work
• increasing worker satisfaction, etc.

The stated certificates are issued by an independent and authorised body. They are an international standard that prescribes the manner of implementing quality management for a finished product or service. Lipovica has been a holder of this certificate for the past ten years. During this period, an authorised external agency within an European operating framework has conducted a whole series of audits in order to verify the correct functioning of the quality assurance system at Lipovica d.o.o. In each of these inspections, it was established that the buyer of our products and services would receive a product or service possessing a stipulated uniform and supreme quality.
